It all starts
at the table
From a commis job at L'Ecrivain at eighteen to opening three restaurants in three years for the Bereen brothers, I have spent my career in Dublin's best kitchens. Orwell Road got into the Michelin Guide, won Best New Restaurant in Ireland, and in 2022 I was named Ireland's Best Young Chef.
I'm demanding about food and I make no apology for it. But I have never believed you have to be cold to get standards.
